After finding you the best companion, we consistently evaluate your loved ones through communication, daily routine improvements, care expectations, and personal connections with our staff members to ensure all needs are met consistently.
Facility Care
When your facility needs quick staffing placements in order to fulfill your client and residential care needs, we are here to help!
We can provide placements for clerical and administrative to certified nursing aids and companion positions.
Direct Hire
Kittrell Staffing will oversee the search from the beginning to the onboarding of the healthcare candidate.
This will include:
- Pre-screening of all candidates
- Interviewing, selection for presentation
- Assistance in the scheduling of interviews
- Negotiation of compensation
- Closing offers
Temp-to-Hire
Should you wish to hire one of our employees, we are happy to discuss the simple process!
Kittrell Care members are compensated hourly for an upfront and agreed-upon amount of time. Hours are tracked per individual, not per position.
Hourly
If you need a position filled short-term or long-term, Kittrell Staffing can provide world-class employees on an hourly or long-term basis.
Our minimum is 4 hours daily, we can assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
