Our Mission

Kittrell Staffing was founded in March of 1999 by staffing industry veteran, Mary Kittrell-Kinkaid, CSP.

It was Mary’s wish to honor her mother, Johnnie Aleta Spears, who dedicated her life to caring for others and had a lifetime career as a registered nurse.

In celebration of Johnnie, Kittrell Staffing formed its Dove Care Division in March of 2017. This division focuses on providing compassionate caregivers who improve safety and promote joy while honoring the dignity of everyone it serves.
